Dear Ann, Now , I am a first year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages . I like everything here : classmates , teachers , hostel , canteen and so on. In the first days at the university you feel like a child who comes to the first class . Everything is new to you , nothing is clear , you can feel immediately the difference between the school and the university . Sometimes you can feel how ignorant you are . Here you can meet bright and interesting people . I think going to the university a man crosses the line between childhood and adult life . Now only you are resposible for your actions . I am so excited about the new chapter of my life , that I must share this with someone . I hope I have not bored you yet . Good-bye Ann , wish you all the best . Asya.

Judy In the first letter , Judy tells Daddy about her first days in college . She shares her anxieties and worries . She tells about her failures and mistakes that she makes from the first day of study . Having read the letter , we can imagine an unsure , slightly educated girl who is just beginning to learn the world .  In the second letter , she tells about her study in the second year of college , about the new subjects she is studying in college . Here I can imagine an adult , self-confident, educated girl who has her specific goals and seeks to realize them . I think her last words mean that she is going to study all her life.
